Refund / Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

  • Reservation Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 75% balance must be paid at Check-in time on retreat start date.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer or online payment platforms.
  • Additional Charges: Any additional services or purchases made during the retreat must be settled before departure.
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in (INR) and are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

Please note that failure to adhere to the payment policy may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a 80% refund of the total payment.
  • If you cancel the retreat within 30 days, your payment will be transferred to the next available retreat.
  • Cancellation Notification: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to (query@oorjaswa.com) and must include the booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
  • Transferability: Bookings may be transferable to another individual subject to approval by the retreat organizers and may be subject to an administration fee
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, the cancellation policy may be waived or modified at the discretion of the retreat organizers.
